Wallace used the Fox News favorite tactic of suggesting that ‘some people’ are worried that Clinton will get special treatment in the email investigation.

Obama shot the Republican conspiracy theory down, “I can guarantee that, and I can guarantee that not because I give Attorney General Lynch a directive. That is institutionally how we’ve always operated. I do not talk to the Attorney General about pending investigations. I do not talk to FBI directors about pending investigations.
We have a strict line and always have maintained it, previous presidents. I guarantee it. I guaranteed that there is no political influence in any investigation conducted by the Justice Department or the FBI, not just in this case, but in any case. Full stop. Period. Guaranteed. Full stop. Nobody gets treated differently when it comes to the Justice Department because nobody is above the law.”
With one answer to Fox News Sunday’s Chris Wallace, the great Republican Clinton email conspiracy theory was called home to die.
The Republican conspiracy theory is that the fix is in, and Obama is going to protect Clinton on the email scandal. Ted Cruz is running around the country proclaiming that if he is elected president, he is going to prosecute Hillary Clinton for the email scandal.
Republicans have gotten so desperate that they are hoping for criminal charges against Hillary Clinton because that is the only way they see to stop her from winning the White House.
Fox News has been whining and complaining for years that they wanted an interview with President Obama, but they should have been careful what they wished for because President Obama blew them away. Chris Wallace was never able to push Obama in the slightest.
Obama was on Fox to push for his Supreme Court nominee to get a hearing and a vote, but he did great damage to Republicans by blowing up what some say is their last hope of preventing Hillary Clinton from winning the White House.
