Progressive Care Signs New Agreements for Market Awareness and Web Development

MIAMI, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 04/11/16 -- Progressive Care Inc.(RXMD), through its subsidiary Pharmco LLC, a South Florida health services organization and provider of prescription pharmaceuticals specializing in health practice risk management, compounded medications, the sale of anti-retroviral medications and related medication therapy management, and the supply of prescription medications to long term care facilities, engages web development and market awareness consultants.
On April 6, 2016, Progressive Care(RXMD) signed two separate agreements to increase awareness of the company and revitalize its web presence. Midam Ventures, LLC will provide market awareness and business advisory services for a term of 6 months. Mass Ventures, LLC will provide web development, digital marketing, and branding services for a period of 3 months. This period of time encompasses the revitalization of the company's web presence and enhancement on all levels of its digital marketing abilities. Under the terms of both agreements, the Company will compensate the consultants in both cash and stock over the length of the engagements.
