In fact he was defending the company until the first week in August 2014. Anyone can check the record and see. He made those that wanted to make the permit out to be more than it was mad because he was telling the truth.
SFRX got an exploration permit, which by definition has no salvage rights. Then you had a poster mentioned by the company in the Interrogatories posting on 7/31/14 the state told him Seafarer only needed 3 items. That LIE was repeated by Kyle two weeks later in the 8/11/14 PR.
This is a pump and dump scheme designed to enrich family and friends. Here we are 18 months or so later and there is no "treasure on deck" as was suggested was coming months. It was just as the Defendant claimed it would be. The permit was issued and allowed for Seafarer to explore, not recover. The FBAR confirmed this in an email.
Now they're getting deposed.
False and misleading statements about the permit and 143MM shares added to the float in 2014 according to the 10K. But not one mention of damages by the Defendant.
Glad to see the Defendant standing up for himself. And about 2000 of his posts were positive. No one was complaining about anything being "abnormal" until he turned negative.
I wonder why........
