A straight up company would not do it without a vote in my opinion.
Unfortunately NTEK is at war with the shorts and operate with a blackout
on company operations..which is good...but bad.
I wish they would take more responsibility and do what investors want
like audited fins,.
This RS has a possibility to be good as long as its not a drastic one.
Just consider anyone with less than a million shares today will possibly
find that they have been left behind...and when i say this i am thinking
about those who have held forever at a much higher price...will they sell..
how can they..best they can hope for is company will do a forward split
at a later date...would they have invested knowing all this in advance..of
course not.
NTEK don't forget those who have invested in you.
