"Minera Southridge SA de CV" shows up as clear as day on Concession title 221864 June 22 2012!
"No Procede" who cares, the bottom line is they're on the title...which btw, debunks the false claims of not being on titles! With All that being said it shows Minera Southridge was a legitimate business name. Otherwise the SEC/Finra would have revoked the stock if any fraudulent endeavors had been found during investigations. And THE SEC HAS NEVER MADE A STATEMENT THAT SAID SRGE/MSJ WAS A SCAM!!!
SRGE is clearly 100% legitimate Mineria Southridge,S.A. DE C.V. as a real Company! 6-22-12 No Procede or not it remains on the Mexico mining Concession title! LOOK AT THE DATE 3-28-16
Embargo's placed on ALL updated Mexico Mining Concession Titles 6-26-2015. MSJ "Minera San Jorge S.A de C.V." name appears on all of the recent and current Concession Titles including Cinco Minas and Gran Cabrera. MSJ & SRGE are not and NEVER were dead scams. They are legit companies that are approved, respected and recognized by the official Mexico Mining Registry and Mexico High Federal Court of Law!!!
bgl is no where to be found on ANY current updated mining concession titles since 12-10-2011 and that is because of the Embargo's placed on all of the mining Concession titles. Which means bgl will NEVER EVER own nor control Cinco Minas & Gran Cabrera. No concession titles will ever be transferred to bgl name!!! The Mexico High Federal Court has ruled against bgl's request to have concession titles put in their name and that can NEVER be over ruled by ANY of the Mexico lower courts!!! The Mexico lower courts do not have jurisdictional or ANY other powers to over rule the Mexico High Federal court!!! bgl and their auditors do not make, validate, influence nor enforce ANY of Mexico's Court's or their laws!!
