Their livelihoods are kind of depending on this I think.
I don't think they would have increased the AS unless they had a good reason to do so. They knew the affect it would have on the share price. Some short term pain in the hopes of long term gain I think.....
The players change in a company if they are no longer a fit for the current business situation. Happens all the time for one reason or another in companies.
There are things going on in the background that none of us know about. As much as we would all like to know everything, that' s not always feasible, especially when your dealing with the hostile environment NTEK is forced to operate in at the present time.
I wouldn't telegraph my business moves to the people trying to sink my company either.until a time when the moves are implemented and the opposition can't do anything about it. Divulging info prematurely is akin to corporate suicide. It's bit NTEK in the butt multiple times IMO.
I guess you need to decide if you have faith in the management or not. Personally, I thing they have been doing pretty well over the past 8 months. I guess we'll see if they can continue to do so
