You people here who embrace this RS without audits are blind. In fact, I'd say you're blinded by the company kool aide. The company has promised audits for years and always come up with some jacked legged reason why they haven't been done. It's total B.S.!
So here's the companies plan as I know it. They RS and then release a bunch of "good news", like that's helped in the past for any sustained share price appreciation, and hope like hell no one notices the RS includes a raise in the AS so they can continue to dilute. This horseshit about them doing this to make the share structure more attractive to other investors is just that, Horseshit!, served up to us in hopes we'll not see what they are about to do. Shorts will see it and bury us.
NTEK had been running specials for a long time. How many subs did we get? How many from last quarter? No nothing news about what really matters.
Mark my words, an RS spells disaster without an extremely sound plan that includes audits, up listing and zero room for additional dilution. Keep in mind, the reason we're seeing some level of pps appreciation is because the dilution has stopped. What do you think is going to happen post RS when the dilution starts up again even if not to the degree it was before? Sentiment will immediately turn south and the pps will go from .10 cents at a 1:15 split back into the toilet and those of us who have been holding and buying for years are screwed!
Sell the company for .25 cents pps or whatever you can get for it if you can't get it right. Tired of all this carrot and stick deception. Years of it!
