You work your ass off to put a few dollars together. You spend months researching and digging to find a gem. You find Ntek. All the signs say "this is it". You begin investing and building a good amount of shares that will pay off five years from now. Then the company starts to change. People leaving. Structure of the core group changes. No leader at the helm. Dillusion. No communication. No marketing. Then new directions appear and obvious leadership from somewhere. Mean while the announced rs. For someone like me to not have a clue who's driving the bus and will my millions of shares be reduced to almost nothing and no one to talk to about it is not acceptable. the rs is coming and I have no say. The rs makes no sense and I have no say. NTEK if you read any of this from the people who helped build this company and do not react then we have all made a Hugh mistake. I am gone
