A stock split of 1 for 200 would barely get them eligible for the exchange they would want then then have to hope that during the next 90 days trial period of trading it doesn't dip one day under $1 a share. During that period shorts will be doing everything possible to make sure it fails the 90 day test. That's why over 90% of R/S fail in pink sheet status and shareholders and companies themselves get hurt. If you have 200,000 shares after split you would have 1,000 shares at same value only pps would be $1.20 at current .006 pps. Do you think shorts see opportunity to knock pps below a buck to prevent uplisting. There are not enough buyers to keep this out of manipulation trouble or we would be trading at .20 right now. On the other hand if company announced an aggressive buy back program that would indicate revenue is justifying the action and more buyers will jump in.
