I really think PTOI is ripe for another fake sales contract. It has been over a year since the last one and the loyal shareholders will reason that Mr. Heddle is learning from his mistakes and certainly wouldn't make the same mistake again. EcoNav is "ancient history" in shareholders' minds and they want to hear more pillow talk from Mr. Heddle.
I don't think it matters what Mr. Heddle says--shareholders have to be hungry and excited for news. They've stuck with PTOI this long so anything said by Mr. Heddle will be optimistically interpreted.
It will be interesting to see what Mr. Heddle announces next.
