It's been over a year since the original announcement of the financials being started. It really should not take this long.
On the other hand, Treaty can't get current and trading again " with the SEC blessing " without 2013 - 14 -15 being completed.
2014 - 15 very little happened, but there is still a cost to file.
IMO I think everything will be done at one time or very close together. And this is why it's taking so long.
After all ... Treaty was suspended for not filing ... Their time was up over a year ago.
Yet Treaty has not been revoked. Even after as Total Dweeb puts it, Treaty is still scamming investors. All under the watchful eye of The SEC who is watching this like a hawk.
Something positivev is happening here.
