Treaty hopefully can get them filed ASAP, to gain shareholder confidence back.
But SH must keep in mind The SEC and Treaty are cooperating to get Treaty back trading again, and as it is said by TD Treaty could be revoked at anytime, it's not going to happen.
The SEC could have shut us down a year ago, because as it was said else where ... " Treaty's time was up a year ago ", this proves the SEC is following the rules written by Congress under these circumstances.
For a stock and company that it is imminent The SEC will close in Oct 2016, it sure does get a lot of attention. Why else would idiots soen 24 / 7 bashing this if it were true.
