$PSGR I started moderating this page in April of 2014. Today is Friday, April 8, 2016. Today, out of frustration I decided to review several posts that I made in the past and responses from other posters during the same period. Over the past two years I have experienced the same Ups & Downs that others have noted in their posts or Private Messages. One post in particular caught my attention: In a February 9, 2016 post, FUNDED noted that s/he had read a handful of my posts and believed that I might be misleading others with my comments. I revisited prior posts that I had made. In the early postings, I noted that I was hopeful that Pershing Resources could finally grow into a profitable (for the shareholder) company. I followed this positive pattern of comments for several months as Press Releases from Pershing Resources indicated that testing was either forthcoming or, once the ores were submitted to a lab, positive. The tests results appeared to be very encouraging. Additionally, Pershing Resources made a commitment to provide frequent releases of information to the shareholders via their webpage. In my opinion, Pershing Resources did not live up to its commitment. I sought answers about the company...due diligence, if you will. I reviewed the chronology of the company from its current name through several prior iterations. Peculiar to the prior iterations is the recurrence of a few current Pershing Resources key personnel names. The prior iterations all maintained a similar corporate image of R&D within the precious mining sector. For 20+ years, the same image is manifested as a method to maintain an image for the company...it is R&D and NOTHING is promised. Concurrent with this R&D is the projected image of a company that is actively involved in acquiring potentially profitable mining claims/properties. These acquisitions create an image of working and profitable mining operations in the foreseeable future...this same image has been employed for the past 20+ years for PR and its previous iterations. As of now and to the best of my knowledge, there have been no mining operations associated with Pershing Resources (and prior iterations) that have produced a Return on Investment to the shareholders. FUNDED's comment bothers me for several reasons. First, I do not recommend to anyone the purchase of any stock. What I do is review the daily share price and any current information that is provided by the (a) company and comment. Second, I note that any comments acknowledged as mine are OPINIONS based upon first hand knowledge or research (due diligence). Third, when I vent my frustrations, these frustrations are also mirrored by other board members who either post or PM me with their frustrations OR their recent discoveries (due diligence). The constant in my past two years of monitoring/commenting is that the wording is directed at information or lack of information that is incumbent upon corporate Pershing Resources to provide. I, along with every shareholder, hopes that Pershing Resources will indeed be a viable company that provides a profit to the investor. Until such time as Pershing Resources does become forthcoming with accurate and verifiable information, historical data is the only avenue one can explore to speculate upon the direction this company is and will proceed.
