Where did you get that from? I listened to the interview and I distinctly heard him say "next month", not the first week of next month. Please don't help the bashers by using incorrect information which makes Jerry appear to be deceitful when he definitely hasn't been. The form 10 has been kicked around the same way. He said they anticipated that it would be submitted by the end of March, not that it definitely would be.
