I checked the Delaware filing on Tuesday morn and it was still unpaid. I don't check it every morning.

You are correct however it has been paid.

The frustration over the lack of financials is getting to me. And Levy needs to stop saying financials are coming out when they are not. It raises your hopefulness and then crushes it again. It also makes me wonder if I can rely on anything he says.

Not sure what Q report is due. If they changed YE to 12/31 that report is the 10k and it was due 03/30/16. The first quarter ended March 31, 2016 is not due until the middle of May. They should be current with the 10k. So Levy saying they need a Q to be current makes no sense at all.

Yes this is a place to vent. I am irritated this is taking so long. I rarely post on ihub anymore because the pumper posts to me are worse than the bashers. Regardless...if they would just file the damn reports then this wouldn't even be a discussion.
