Here's replies I got from levy on when filings are due. Take it with a grain of salt thou, seems kinda unanswered but it's something. I don't think a scammer would correspond this often with shareholders. I see he put 74 days, not sure what that's about, I will ask

David can you post a list of the filings that are currently due and what deadline date for each is? and if any can be extended? Something is due 71 days from last 8k correct? when is that - can that filing be extended? First Quarter filing is probably due soon as well? thanks Im not asking for inside info, just asking for due dates not statuses. Thanks Michael
ITalk 10-k is due and 3 year audit in completion as required since previous auditor disqualified. Release ASAP.
UMS 8-k is within the 74 days from closing. Audit for 2015 in process and due to be release ASAP.
After the above filings I believe we will do a consolidated filing but am not sure as we are concentrating on the two above.

Lastly is there anything else you can divulge that wont get you into any trouble, forward plans etc, everyone is getting antsy, as were getting close to filings, thanks Michael

No, to be current we are owed the 10-Q which should be fast as it is not audited
