What then...if they don't file by next week. The 13th is the deadline for the amended 8k only. The 10k is now delinquent and they didn't even bother to file a NT extension.
Don't you guys wonder who is selling? I honestly would stop buying this stock until they release the financials. The Delaware filing that I told them about a month ago is still not paid. It was only $500.
Levy told me filings would be out this week. Here it is Thursday. I'm beginning to wonder about this company is all. But the people that are buying and buying every time it drops...I would stop doing that until you see the filings here.
What will be his excuse when the filings are not out on the 13th? Just saying.
