I believe what is going on with current trading is the first option I mentioned below at # 599 - games to accumulate at the lowest possible price.
62M traded so far - including about 46M picked up at .0004.
I do not believe that Stock Dok dumped into the bid - see his comment about "non-disruptive" selling which is usually interpreted as small amounts on the ask.
