That is not possible no toxic loan person can sell. They don't have shares and HJOE has not filed so there is no dilution. If you understand the dynamics there is no one with shares as toxic loan people in the open market or in anyway selling. They cannot they cannot convert because HJOE has not filed or allowed this. Also no one at HJOE can sell either. So this is people in the open market doing this.
