The 'outcome' is an assumption.
GOP 'fears'? Publicly expressed.
They hate him because they know he'll lead the GOP to an historic defeat, and that he endangers the 'down ticket' Senators, Reps and Gov's. No more complicated than that.
GOP reads the same polls we do, plus they have their 'internal polls'
Due for an update, but trending toward Clinton from single digit leads a month ago to double digit leads as of 5 days ago.
