On the suspension / grey sheet thing.
I have been going over all my past DD which is a lot of documents and information.
For me to really try to explain what I think is the glitch would be a very long and drawn out explanation which I don't think many people would even read much less try to understand. So, what I have decided to do is to guide you to the right places, and take you back to around 4/12.
Go to the financials for that period. You will find when the events started that made things confusing. It was the transaction period between , Laufer Bridge Enterprises, and the merger with Creative Edge.
Just after that, there were some shady deals made by the folks who acquired shares of Creative in the transaction. No, it was not Bill although that is when he did come on board. This will be proven out, I am absolutely positive. JMO.
If you search the records for debt conversion, and other debts you will find the who's of this.
My conclusion is that Bill was TRYING to do the right thing all along and he was in bed, unknowingly with some real shisters.
Yes, I know you bashers will want to argue that point, and I do not care. The ones who want the truth....it is sitting there for you to look at.
