Yeah I am really surprised by his move. He was the one guy at the SHM who I felt actually had a feel for what being a leader of a company was all about. He was also the one who gave the forecast for future revs and the vision for the company. And he was so enthusiastic about it all. So to see him leave is actually pretty shocking to me.
