Have we been in a quiet period because big news requires it? We know the company has had several management folks give up their previously held titles.
We also know there has been zero dilution and the stock price has risen because of it. We know the search numbers are rising rapidly and while we have not received PR's we have received good news on several fronts recently.
We also know to expand and get to the next level will require big money being spent on advertising. So now the question is are we in the process of
1., Being acquired?
2., Partnering with a strong viable company?
3. Do we have an Angel on board who is providing funding?
The naysayers will try and convince us that management is fleeing because the company is about to go bust. They will do this in hopes many will sell shares at a loss or that the uncertainty will prevent buying. Understand they are paid to spread uncertainty, fear and doubt. That is what they do and some are better at it than others.
I say hogwash this company is suffering growing pains but has come so far in the period I have owned shares and 4K is gaining acceptance at such a rapid rate my investment has a very bright future. I intend to try and take advantage of the shorts by adding to my modest compared to many holdings.
I want to see Ultraflix grow and prosper on its own but I would bet there are many more firms now that there was at the shareholders meeting that would like to buy us out. I am in on the ground floor of a disruptive technology and I intend to reap the rewards. Go NTEK!!!
