Apparently it is because they are late in filing. The SEC site notes that they get a 30 day grace period to submit a report AFTER the 'E' is added. If the company files complete required reports during the grace period. the 'E' will be removed; if it does not, the company's stock symbol will be removed from trading on the OTCBB.
