Perhaps Mits has just become spiritually exhausted

Remember this revenue is almost entirely just for the sales of the Flatpack to what I expect is an expanding list of customers. Given the careful management and cost controls that have occurred at NanoLogix it would seem that the Company is exceeding its needs for operating revenue through sales. My guess, and it is only a guess, is that any new share sales would most likely be aimed at capital investment requirements as NanoLogix prepares to commercialize the N-Assay product. My point is that the situation seems to be one where the outlook is positive and not one under the "cloud of doom" that you typically conjure.
