Allow me to make something really clear here middle man. The fact that you are right about the 3 companies being halted at the same time, DOES NOT , mean that the 3 are directly involved in what the issue is that FITX has.
What it does mean is that 3 companies were halted on the same day......and for NOT the same reasons. Look into that part, if you are going to look at that.
The SEC very clearly stated that as far as FITX was concerned, it was a stock ownership issue.
Now, it may be true that one , or , both other companies are directly, or indirectly involved......we DO NOT KNOW THAT, and to imply that YOU , do.......you know that is not right as NO ONE DOES.
Fact is that you could be way the hell off base and not even know it, which is what happens to me on a lot of occasions.
So, please keep this to what you DO know, and not what you think you know, and implying that the company has done something wrong when the fact is, there is NOTHING to say they have.
