Not quite sure why you think the SEC is involved with FITX. So far there has been nothing which has shown any reason why the SEC would be involved here. If you have substantiated information as to why you would think this it would be appreciated, but otherwise it is just innuendo (not an Italian suppository). If you have "something" then show it.
