And I repeat, Republicans, not you, but Republicans, would not be caviling over the details you raise. Rather the 73 consecutive months of new *PRIVATE sector job creation would be touted as an 'absolute good' and as complete vindication of a GOP president's economic policies. YOU might rip that, but the GOP comrades? Not so much, not so much.

I emphasize the 'private' because the absence of government growth in jobs, State and Federal, is nowhere near what it was in the Reagan recovery, nor under GWB.
That's one of the little known, little cited facts in the too slow recovery from the deepest recession since the Great Depression.
