George told me earlier that he would not post a PR until the loan conversions were done. (post # 671).
Vegasandre stated earlier today that it looked like the conversions were over. (post # 675)
Today, we see a PR from Coates and a higher closing SP, indicating that the conversions must be over for now.
It would be nice to see back-to-back PR's about the Cummins visit and a contract with China. The door is wide open for that.
