i'm invested in a dozen different companies. some file their required documents on time, some file early, and some file as late as possible. i cant really say one particular style is better than any other. my interpretation is those who file on time or early have someone like my brother working for them who is highly organized and enjoys paperwork.
what i have concluded about RMHB is that they do not have someone like my brother working for them; nothing more and nothing less. i dont think there is anything more to be read into it.....though it is a slow news day here and i do enjoy a good conspiracy theory.
here is one theory:
upon hearing of my suggestion to have a cardboard rabbi with a bouncing arm giving a kosher blessing to the cases of RMH, jerry and mark welch fell in love with this idea and have shifted all resources to create cardboard rabbis with bouncing arms. the form 10, sitting on welch's desk, awaits his signature but he is at the design studio approving the curly locks on the rabbi's head. pretty good, eh?
