IR UPDATE FROM OMNIVANCE from Investors Town Hall board
Add your questions and will get them back to you. Management has been extremely busy and will do their best to get information out when they are able to. Once some of the major things have been settled, the company will be able to communicate more frequently. We are all in agreement to do whatever is possible to bring shareholder value to investors and especially for those who have been invested throughout the years in support of the company.
List of Questions for NTEK :
1. We all know we are waiting for the reverse split communication and recapitalization plans.
This includes what funding options will be going forward and what investors can expect with the financing.
2. Audit status for both NTEK and NTGL
3. Updates for live streaming, which will be coming
4. Some have asked about the video game trailers
>>The trailers are in anticipation of working with some gaming partners to be brought to UF. If this progresses we will update you.
5. How have the specials that were ran went?
>>The specials have went very well and UF has seen a significant uptick in our subscribers and rentals. NTEK is analyzing the customers and landscape of the market to strategize how to provide customers with the best overall experience.
6. Number of subscribers
>> The company will not release these numbers yet until a certain time and milestones have been reached.
7. Any major studio deals
>> Will be announced when agreements have been reached or completed.
8. Any content udpates
