Actually...the term "right wing" referred to anyone that was FOR the Government. The term "left wing" was for anyone that was AGAINST the Government.
So ...today...everything is backwards. And yes...extreme why wing leans towards nationalism.....and extreme left wing leans towards Socialism-Communism.
Two very scary scenarios.
