Thought we had talked about this before....Jeff got his company back for no more than 10 million shares(going from memory here)...even if they were issued at a low par value, not sure how this could be considered a recap. If it is it would be very low value.
Also there seems to be some difference in roku's nanoflix and nteks NanoFlix. I can't find any link to the nanoflix side of roku to tie it to ntek. NanoFlix only has a handful of channels offered on Roku and other platforms....
