Amen! I have a little technique I like to use that might be good for eliminating almost all the bash the basher posts.
Simply write down your post on a piece of paper and substitute your own name in place of the basher you are attacking and imagine it over on the other board! Would you be livid and think it should be deleted? My bet is 90% of the bash the basher posts would end immediately.
I have come to believe that the second someone begins to attack me personally it's because they can't dispute the facts or logic behind my argument. Don't call someone names, dispute their facts or opinions with superior facts or opinions. That will make this a productive endeavor for all of us here instead of a one sided name calling contest!
