Soon May will be here. What's so special about May? Well May 31, 2013 was the last DUTV Finacial report that had an attorney letter with it to confirm that the information it was correct.

Please take note of the financial position DUTV was in at that point, especially in regard to the revenue and balance sheet.

This is the last financial report that was vouched for by an attorney. Many want to continue to reference the 12 Million in revenue that DUTV has shown in financials since then but keep in mind that no attorney letter comes with those numbers. There is no entity vouching for or confirming that those figures are verifiable.

So on that note I'd like to say I hope we see, at the very least, some attorney letter or auditor confirming those 12 million in revenues before May 31, 2016.

If not then I believe quoting that 12 million in revenues is not valid. Couple that with the absolute silence from McHenry regarding DUTV in the IP marketplace and you have a recipe for a stock stuck at the bottom.

If anyone believes me to be in error in my thinking please correct me.
