Don't know what you were looking at but the majority of prices are $4.99, with the highest price of $9.99 attached to just a handful of movies. There are also prices of $3.99, $2.99 and $1.99, the free content and 1 film at $7.99. I don't recall ever seeing a price of $6.99 or $12.99 on any of the films on Ultraflix. I don't think TITANIC, SAVING PRIVATE RYAN, TOP GUN, THE GODFATHER TRILOGY, THE STAR TREK SERIES would be classified as unknown films and all for rental at $4.99. Only naming a few here.
I am using my Samsung 4K TV with the Ultraflix App. I don't think they are charging more for using the app for IOS 9.3 are they?

Ok, another look and some choices for 4.99 that are more or less unknown movies.
