Yep...to be fair...that imbalance 0f $58 billion combined with illegal immigrants working here and sending money back home to Mexico and beyond(just further South)...makes it even a greater imbalance.
I wished someone would explain how it should be fixed. I've heard it ... as all of us have....but give me some detail....as with all else. ... SERIOUSLY.
