The trade imbalance is $58 billion
The wall 'thingy" is paid for via Mexico by the elimination of the $58 billion trade imbalance. It's quite simple actually...the means may not be....and NO...Mexico will not be writing a check to pay for it.
And no...I am not preaching the Trump gig....just stating what is.
