Well that was one lie. Then there was the lie about losing contracts (plural). If Kyle Kennedy would lie to a Court, which he do through Craig Huffman, he would lie to investors.

They think the courts are stupid. If he meant to do harm and was banning posters, why wouldn't he just ban ALL posters and he would have had complete control.
