Thanks for the reply, I was under the impression that the share holders didn't have a vote last time because there weren't any shareholders that qualified as a majority shareholder. Now I think there are at least a couple I would think.
My friends and family that have invested in this company still have not sold a single share although they to invest above the penny range. I am the only one that has average down like a lot of others. I keep them informed of developments but not near as often as I used to. First question from them " Has the pps increased?" Pretty much says it all with them.
When I have talked to the company (Shawn) it is hard not to get excited about where this company is headed. I like the fact that he has personally responded to my questions and concerns in the past. I also want to say that you can hear/read the frustration in his responses also. When it really comes down to it, all I have invested is money - I have not invested my life blood into a company that has been beat down constantly but still gets up the next morning and continue to fight for survival and for the shareholders. To many other company's would have folded by now and screwed the shareholders.
