Just a quick update. Spoke to KK and that manifesto that you have they believe came from a port stop .Not the actual ship manifesto that have testimony on. Apparently only the very wealthy got a ticket on the concepcion and a lots contra band not disclosed on your manifesto. So they think yours was acurrate but to a point. The also have an idea where the treasure lies according to crew. Also a full permit would have been awarded SFRX only that Heartland wrote a letter to state once they found out the site was being divided into 3 permits and they thought they might miss out on treasure. As a result the state attorney general was involved and said the state could be sued again if they issued SFRX a full salvage permit and not Heartland. As a result a Dig and identify was issued that converts into full salvage on presenting three artifacts. KK wasn't worried about the artifacts as everything they bring up even now they get to keep 80%. So they are looking for the treasure which they think they know where it is.It want take as long as you thinking if your posting your real thoughts on the board. He also has other things he wants to share once Im there. Asked on why he thought the price was where it is and he thinks it has been 9n months since a PR and a lot of investors took some profit. He thinks this selling is close to being done. He is issuing a new PR shortly. Don't know what but I think he is planning to keep them coming
So now we see the 80/20 myth may have been Kyle's doing.
Hmmmm
Any competent CEO would know a permitted area is only 3 square miles maximum per Florida statutes.
