based on everything we've uncovered so far this is the greatest opportunity on the OTC that I have been involved with in my 12 years of trading. I will say that if the share structure hasn't drastically changed in other words a conformation from the company that the TA I spoke with was correct then we have a homerun. if the filings get released and the share structure is worse than what the TA confirmed then the only possible scenario for up listing to the AmEx by the end of the year will be with a reverse split and I'm sorry to say that that is the case but that is what I believe and that is from 12 years of experience talking. and trust me when I tell you I am no fan of a reverse split I have never been involved with one that worked out for me. never. and I don't believe this will be either. either this share structure has been reduced so that up listing without a reverse split is possible or upon the release of the news I'm out, if in fact there is 1.8 billion shares out. so like you I wait.
