You posted the email, that was enough. I believe

Again, it comes down to what one wants to believe, and I said earlier, learning to be objective is the real challenge when it comes to message boards. I could post information here showing what I say to be true and it could be deleted, or it would have under the older regime here, of being falsified. So the bottom line again, viewing the personal attacks, (a violation of TOS by the way) on Tim. So you ignore him, you don't silence him. It is quite easy, as Picon says, as adults to determine what we believe to be true so why feel threatened by someone who claims a post of an email by Courtjester is false. The onus is now on Tim to prove it is, not by words, but by proof. That is the importance of the boards but never, ever, should mods be allowed to determine what is fact and what is faction unless they too hold themselves up to the same degree of cross examination by being able to prove, not say but prove, posts are falsified.
As a securities professional I have seen much. I had access to Bloomberg, and still do, for things like viewing 144's. 144's are not public documents but they must be filed regardless, and amended 144's must be filed as well. The public, without a paid for service can not see this information. If one were to post a 144 the only way it can be dis-proven is to pay the required fee and show how the posting is incorrect. Not many are willing to put their money where there mouth is.
So as a message board, keep it civil. If you don't like Tim's posts, ignore him. If you delete some of his posts then you also must delete those posts which attack him, regardless of the standing of the member in question. You give a platform to those you attack. Let's keep to facts, both pro and con. It is knowledge that sets you free, not one persons version of the truth.
