I would say that is compassionate justice. SFRX NEVER attempted to wipe Valentine out. They just needed him to admit guilt and stop You, Small Caps have drawn Valentine down a terrible path. Who get sued for $10+M and is allowed to keep $2.4M and then continues to fight. One with BAD BAD advice.
