I just spoke to him about 1/2 hr ago...
He has Q ready and is going to confirm if there are any balances left on all of the notes Monday before he sends it to the CPA...
He will be releasing a P/R some time next week about sales, growth, and guidance.....
He said there was a request to convert 1.7 ml shares today (while I was on the phone with him and thinks that may be the last of that note)....
They did take out another loan for 35k that is NOT convertible until August and they may pay that off straight up...
Fins will definitely be coming on time by 4/15...He says that 2016 sales are forecasted to be considerably higher than last year...
He said even the insiders holding are getting a bit upset with the price right now...he feels fair valuation is .10/share
He will release 8-k once he verifies those loans are all paid off so could quite possibly see that next week....
