Strong liberal/radical left 'tradition' in the Badger State is the short answer. They went for Obama in '08 primary, She's just not far enough left for their tastes! But they will be just fine with her against 'whatever' in the Nov. election.
No this is not ME wearing the tin foil head gear. I AM for another Dem in the WH for solid historical reasons, You've read them many times.
I know that you, and others, associate exactly none of the economic recovery, stock market recovery, the survival and success of the U.S auto industry, the continued record number of month of PRIVATE job creation, and the continued destruction of terrorist leadership from bin Laden through the most recent hits. It's all the Fed for everything but that last one right?! Or maybe Bernanke ordered Obama "get the mrthrf*cker, right t he f*ck now!"
I'll cut to the chase, Just as in '12 any Republican could have run and won on EXACTLY the record I described. Ditto for the record over the last 3 years.
Except it's the record of a Dem, and it will provide 'lift' for whomever runs for the Dems. Because NOBODY but a conservative would yell "it's all the Fed' if the record I described was by a GOP president.
Instead they would be as silent as a mouse peeing on cotton about the Fed, and would instead say "look at all them new jobs and the stock valuations, and the price at the pump, and, and them terrorist leaders sure is dropping right fast!" LOL!

Wisconsin's contest, like the open primaries that Sanders won in Michigan and Minnesota, offers him a “built-in demographic advantage,” said Sachin Chheda, former chairman of the Democratic Party of Milwaukee County.
“I actually do expect that Bernie will pull it out in Wisconsin, but I don’t think he’ll win by a significant enough margin to make a difference in the national race,” said Chheda, a Clinton supporter.
