I lurked around this board for over two years. One thing I have learned in life is if you come across two sides duking it out, attempting to get into the middle is a fruitless task if you wish to offer a different point of view. Given the penchant here for only one view being expressed here it was pointless to even attempt to share information that would have been construed as negative, even if it was backed up. Now the board has changed it might now become a repository of useful information and dialogue where opposing views might be shared in an intelligent and engaging manner. FYI I spent many years in the Canadian securities industry as a technical analyst and have studied this new medical mj industry quite closely as to its potential and of course, its risks. Since this was a Canadian based company insofar as its facility was concerned I took a great deal of interest in how this would play out for many reasons due to the uniqueness of its positioning and the background of its management. I conduct thorough and unbiased research and call a spade a spade. Not everyone will agree, so be it. If we all agreed the world would be a more foolish place than it already is. In other times it was Silicon Investor, Raging Bull and even Stockhouse which ruled the message boards. Now I have more time on my hands I cruise a great deal without getting directly involved. With the recent changes made here perhaps it might be a positive thing but that depends largely upon not the mods, but those frequenting the board to have a willingness to at least consider, before dismissing, opposing views, both negative and positive. As a technical analyst my own views did not much matter in the grand scheme of things. Learning to have an objective opinion is the challenge.
