Dr Rosen, I share your concerns. Something tells me that George has a master plan that includes keeping the stock price low but that does not benefit him. His shares are granted to him free of charge. (SEC form 4's)
He has mentioned (to me) buying out the day traders and open market traders, little guys like us, but he has also said that he will never go private with his company. (again, in an email to me)
It seems that all his PR's are positive but his actions, so far, have not been.
But there are strings of hope as I see it.
1. His negotiations with China on the two, small, diesel engines that were retrofitted and supposedly sent back to China for them to evaluate and determine the feasibility for mass production.
2. The test (demonstration, if you will) of the retrofit of the Coates CSRV green engine technology to a Cummins industrial natural gas electric power generator and eventual sale to an end user customer (when they find one) followed by
3. the production of additional units.
All this is forward looking stuff. Yet, who can deny that the technology is there. The question all along has been, will it work?
