IMO they are not late in filings. They said fins will come by April 13th hence they are not late regardless of what others may want/demand. No NT is needed either. Just silly! This is a reverse merger and they filed part of the fins for us and they said the rest will come by April 13th.
After fins will come the PR's so not worried about the communication.
Too early to speculate about an RS IMO. Depending on the news we get after fins will determine if we get a RS. If all she can do is .25 and they are steadfast on an uplisting by years end, then RS is most likely.
If they PR great news and this rockets to dollars, then no RS is needed.
If they did a buyback of shares, which they said no, but if they did, then we are headed for dollarland.
BUT honestly, with 1.875 billion shares the MCAP would be unrealistic @ $3 especially when you compare TALK with the other tickers in the same industry.
