Please, allow me to make something perfectly clear to you and everyone else. What the guideline is , is to act like an adult if you would like to have a conversation. Keep it as real as you can and try not to insult others in doing so.
I agree with much of what you said, and I also think that the first amendment should be respected......as long as it is NOT abused.
Now , that said, I do not intend for myself, or my assistance, to have to get into a battle over what is right or wrong. If one is an adult, then that should not be an issue. When one is not....well, it may become one.
The TOS is pretty clear if you read it. My job, and the assist. Mods job, is to recognize when someone is bashing, or just crying to get attention, or insulting someone or other TOS violations, and to correct that, and this is what we will do. Someone has to make a decision on that, and Admin has chosen me to do it, and I have chosen my asst Mods to help me to that end.
Not everyone will be happy or sad about that. I do not care. Just dong a job and that is pretty much it. Thank you for your interest.
